Console Tour

A guided map of the merchant console: the dashboard, the nav areas, the command palette, and what lives where.

Dashboard

On login you land on the dashboard: a verify-email banner when needed, a multi-store selector, and the Create Payment Request action. Stat tiles cover total volume, completed sales, conversion rate, credit balance, active checkouts, pending payments, unopened requests, expired payments, and your UCASH rewards balance with a USD estimate. Below sit a completed-sales chart, recent activity, and your credit balance ledger.

A Get started stepper walks new accounts through the basics - verify email, add a wallet, enable a method, create a checkout, brand the page, fund the account - and awards UCASH points as you go. The Funding Tiers card tracks lifetime unlocks (see Credits & Top-up).

Settings sections

Settings is organized into sections, each on its own subpage (plus a single-page all settings view):

Addresses (receive addresses, confirmations), Custom Tokens, Confirmations, Payments (fees, wallet buttons, underpayments), Webhooks, Explorers, Processors (Stripe, PayPal, 2Checkout), Bank (rails), Design (branding, CSS), Forms (checkout texts), Checkout (custom fields), Invoicing (invoices, VAT), Nodes, Exchange (Gemini/Coinbase), Email (notifications), Integrations (Shopify, bots, API key, URL rewrite), plus Discount Codes on shop builds.

Each has a dedicated docs page - see the sidebar.

Command palette

Press Ctrl K anywhere in the console to jump between pages and search transactions, checkouts, landers, customers, and settings by value. The language picker in the avatar menu switches the whole console, including right-to-left layouts.

Transaction statuses

  • Pending (P) - awaiting payment or confirmations; bank orders stay pending up to 30 days
  • Completed (C) - confirmed; receipt sent, webhook fired
  • Rejected (X) - failed the rules (underpayment beyond your threshold, expired, cancelled)
  • Refunded (R) - value returned to the buyer
